Program Policies

These policies are designed to maintain a safe, structured, and positive experience for all participants. Please review prior to enrollment.

Enrollment & Attendance Policy

Enrollment secures a dedicated seat in a structured multi-day seminar experience. Due to limited seating and advance preparation of materials, all registrations are final and non-refundable.

Participants are expected to attend all scheduled seminar sessions. Missed sessions are not eligible for refund, credit, or partial adjustment.

If a seminar must be rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances, families will be offered the option to transfer enrollment to a future available session.

Participation & Conduct Expectations

To ensure a respectful and productive learning environment, participants are expected to:

✔ Treat instructors and fellow students respectfully
✔ Participate appropriately in discussions and activities
✔ Use personal devices only when permitted
✔ Refrain from disruptive or unsafe behavior

Vyzionary LLC reserves the right to dismiss any participant whose behavior interferes with the experience or safety of others. Dismissal does not qualify for refund.

Medical & Emergency Authorization

By completing enrollment, parents or legal guardians authorize Vyzionary LLC and its representatives to seek appropriate medical care for a participant in the event of illness or injury during program hours.

Reasonable efforts will be made to contact a parent or emergency contact. Guardians acknowledge responsibility for any resulting medical expenses.

Parents are responsible for informing Vyzionary LLC of any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or special considerations prior to participation.

Arrival & Dismissal Policy

Participants may arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before the scheduled start time and must be picked up promptly at dismissal.

Vyzionary LLC is not responsible for supervision outside scheduled program hours.

Repeated late pick-ups may result in additional fees or dismissal from the program.

Program Environment & Supervision

The Digital Confidence Lab is an educational seminar experience and is not classified as childcare or custodial supervision.

Supervision is provided solely during scheduled program hours. Parents remain responsible for participant conduct and safety outside those hours.

Media & Photography Policy

Occasionally, non-identifying photographs or media may be captured for educational or promotional purposes. No participant names or personal identifying information will be shared. Parents may indicate their media preferences during registration.

Agreement & Acknowledgment

Completion of registration constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of these policies and participation terms.
